With the hottest summer on record, these iced drinks are guaranteed to keep you cool and hydrated in the heat!
Recipes are based on 250ml (one glass) - to increase the quantity, add an additional tea bag/ 250ml water per person.
Red Berry Cold Brew
250ml cold water
Ice
Fresh berries and mint
Elderflower cordial (optional)
Steep the tea bag in water for 8 hours or overnight. Serve over ice and fresh berries. Add mint leaves and a drizzle of Elderflower Cordial for extra flavour!
Lemongrass & Ginger Iced Tea
250ml freshly boiled water
Honey
Ice
Lemon slices and basil
Brew the teas with hot water plus 1tsp honey and let cool. Pour over ice and garnish with fresh lemon slices and a sprig of basil.
Earl Grey Iced tea
Sugar
250ml freshly boiled water
Ice
Fresh orange slices
Brew tea with 250ml hot water with 1tsp-2tsp sugar and let cool. Pour over ice and garnish with fresh orange.
Sweet Iced Tea
250ml freshly boiled water
Sugar
Ice
Fresh fruit and mint
Brew tea with 250ml hot water and 1tsp-2tsp sugar and let cool. Pour over ice and garnish with fresh fruits such as lemon, orange, peach and a sprig of mint.
Green Tea Cold Brew
250ml cold water
Ice
Fresh lime slices and mint
Sugar syrup (optional)
Steep the tea bag in water for 8 hours or overnight. Serve over ice and top with fresh lime and mint leaves. Add sugar syrup for sweetness if required.
