Chai Cocktails to make at home

Easy At-Home Chai Syrup Cocktails


Dry January (if you have been holding off on cocktails all month!) is almost over. So if you are looking for some fun new drinks to show off at your next cocktail party - we’ve got four fun and tasty cocktails infused with our Spicy Chai Syrup to make sure your drink is the talk of the party! 

Chai Fizz 

Ingredients: 

  • 55 mL Hendricks Gin (or whatever you prefer) 

  • 25 mL freshly squeezed lemon juice 

  • 25 mL NEMI Spicy Chai Syrup 

Method: 

  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake until suitably chilled 

  2. Strain shaker ingredients into a collins glass, rim a lemon peel along the edge and top with your favourite champagne 

  3. Garnish with a lemon twist 

  4. Enjoy! 

Dirty Chai Mudslide 

Ingredients 

  • 55 ml cold NEMI Spicy Chai Syrup 

  • 55 ml Kahlua 

  • 210 g vanilla ice cream 

  • 120 ml milk 

  • Chocolate syrup and flakes for garnish 

Method 

  1. Add Spicy Chai Syrup, Kahlua, ice cream, and milk to a mixer and blend until combined 

  2. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of a glass 

  3. Pour the mixture into your glass  

  4. Garnish with chocolate syrup, chocolate flakes, and a straw 

  5. Enjoy! 

NEMI Espresso Martini 

Ingredients: 

  • 55 ml Ketel One Vodka (or whatever you prefer) 

  • 20 ml Kahlua 

  • 20ml NEMI Spicy Chai Syrup

  • 30 ml Espresso shot 

  • Coffee beans for garnish

Method: 

1. Add vodka, Kahlua, Spicy Chai Syrup, and espresso into a shaker filled with ice until properly chilled

2. Strain shaker ingredients into a martini glass

3. Garnish with 3 coffee beans

4. Enjoy! 

Chai Hot Toddy 

Ingredients: 

  • 55 ml Espolon Reposado Tequila (or whatever you prefer) 

  • 25 ml NEMI Spicy Chai Syrup 

  • 200 ml boiling water 

  • Lemon and cinnamon stick for garnish 

Method: 

  1. Add tequila and Spicy Chai Syrup to a heatproof glass and mix gently

  2. Pour in boiling water 

  3. Garnish with a lemon wedge and cinnamon stick  

  4. Enjoy!
