How does shipping work?

SHIPPING - DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

We always aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of an order being placed, we then hand the orders and control from that point on over to our delivery partners.

Usually you'll receive a UK order within 3 working days. International orders usually arrive within 8 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for UK orders, and 10 working days for international orders before getting in touch though, as we can't take any action with couriers until after that period of time.

Some orders just take a little bit longer, particularly over bank holidays and busy times of year like Christmas.

How do I order wholesale?

We offer 15+ tea blends and our Chai Syrup at a wholesale level.

Our teabags come in packs of 200 or 1,000 teabags and our loose-leaf teas come in 1kg packs. Our Chai Syrup comes in cases of 6 bottles.
