Use our Spicy Chai Syrup to create a classic Italian desert, with a NEMI twist!
Perfect for the summer months, the sweetness of the vanilla ice cream is an ideal complement to the spiciness of our syrup. You can give this desert a kick by adding a dash of Bourbon in the mix which will absolutely elevate the flavours of this desert.
Ingredients
55 ml bourbon
60 ml NEMI Spicy Chai Syrup
60ml milk
Dash of bourbon (optional)
Method
Steam Spicy Chai Syrup with milk, then add bourbon (if using).
Place one scoop ice cream into a cup
Pour chai over ice cream
Serve and enjoy!
