Use our Spicy Chai Syrup to create a classic Italian desert, with a NEMI twist!

Perfect for the summer months, the sweetness of the vanilla ice cream is an ideal complement to the spiciness of our syrup. You can give this desert a kick by adding a dash of Bourbon in the mix which will absolutely elevate the flavours of this desert.

Method

  • Steam Spicy Chai Syrup with milk, then add bourbon (if using).

  • Place one scoop ice cream into a cup

  • Pour chai over ice cream

  • Serve and enjoy!
