TRAMPOLINE 2.0

Launch of TRAMPOLINE 2.0

We have launched our second TRAMPOLINE Cafe in collaboration with the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) and Seasoned at 20 Cavendish Square in Central London!

We have secured a three-year contract at the Royal College of Nursing’s Head Office at 20 Cavendish Square, located just off Oxford Street. This partnership allows TRAMPOLINE Cafe to operate an onsite cafe that will serve the 360 RCN staff, tenants, members attending various meetings and events, and visitors to the Library and Heritage Centre.

The new cafe features a delicious menu crafted by TRAMPOLINE’s resident Chef Yogeswaran ‘Yogi’ Sivakolundu, showcasing a unique blend of global influences including British, Indian and Sri Lankan flavours. Operating under the Seasoned management team and under the 'TRAMPOLINE’ brand, the new café in the Library and Heritage Centre promises to bring a bright, bold, friendly and optimistic atmosphere to this corner of Cavendish Square.

Pranav Chopra, a social entrepreneur and the founder of NEMI Teas, established the first TRAMPOLINE Café on Angel’s Camden Passage in February 2022 to support London’s refugee community in becoming independent citizens through training and integration. Built on the principles of forward-thinking, compassion, and optimism, the café has become a transformative force, fostering relationships that positively impact lives.

Commenting on the new venture, Chopra said, “We are thrilled to collaborate with Seasoned and RCN, as it marks a significant milestone in our journey to expand our social enterprise café model since the inception of our first TRAMPOLINE Café in Angel. The shared ethos of all three organisations sets the stage for what I am confident will be a tremendous success, benefiting both our customers and our efforts to offer hospitality training and employment opportunities to a greater number of refugees.”

We are also partnering with one of our existing partners Seasoned to launch an innovative new cafe solution which encapsulates and respects the RCN’s core values. The Seasoned culinary team, with the support of nutritionist and registered dietitian Helen Phadnis, will introduce a brand-new range of well-balanced, nourishing hospitality menus to help boost delegate energy and engagement. All menus will be freshly made from scratch from the onsite kitchens using the finest locally sourced wholesome seasonal ingredients, providing an unrivalled and professional service to the RCN’s staff, members, clients and visitors.

Charles Beer, Senior Partner of Seasoned said “We are honoured to be partnering with the Royal College of Nursing as it emphasises our dedication and desire to collaborate with like-minded organisations to build outstanding relationships that deliver mindful culinary excellence with positive social impact. We are also really excited to further develop our partnership with Pranav and Chef Yogi who is a genuinely inspiring beneficiary of the social enterprise. We all share a mutual passion for what we do and we are looking forward to spreading our ‘social goodness’ together by giving meaningful employment and training to economic migrants and refugees in the new ‘TRAMPOLINE’ café. This new partnership aligns perfectly with the social values that matter deeply to both Seasoned and the RCN, making it a natural fit.”

Andy Cowan, Business Director at the Royal College of Nursing added: “Following a robust and extensive procurement process, we are delighted to be partnering with Seasoned to provide the hospitality service at our 20 Cavendish Square venue. Their flexible approach and delicious food offering will add real value to our client’s meetings and events. Trampoline is an exciting café concept and a force for good, working with refugee communities to support integration and independence. We hope this will be drive new customers into our building and bring an exciting lunchtime food offering and café to the W1 area.”
